Whole House U-vee Germicidal Light

Our U-vee High Output Ultraviolet Germicidal Light is installed in your return air duct, approximately 12-18 inches from your filter rack and filter. The U-vee Germicidal Light reduces bioaerosols such as airborne viruses, fungus, bacteria and various molds. The wavelength of the Ultraviolet (UV) Light penetrates the cell wall and causes the DNA of the cell to react, which in turn, causes sterilization. Therefore, if the cell cannot reproduce, it will die.

Along with the bioaerosols, the U-vee Germicidal Light addresses 2 other pollutants: VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), which are gaseous pollutants formed from carpeting, chemicals and some wood products; and odors, which range from tobacco and cooking smoke to mildew and paint fumes, to name a few.
